The first battle between faith and reason took place in the garden of Eden, between Satan and Eve--and it has been downhill ever since. Although we as believers know we must obey God, the world challenges us at every turn, saying our faith in God's wisdom is inferior to our ability to reason for ourselves. Who's right? In Faith vs. Reason, Dr. Stanley explains why depending on God is always superior to relying on the world's limited and faulty ability to assess our situation. Although God gives us the faculty of reason, it was always meant to compliment our faith, not to be an argument against it.
