When we incur financial debt, we have obligated ourselves to pay back what we owe. But how do we pay back our spiritual debt of sin?
Dr. Stanley teaches us that God’s only answer to our sin-debt was and is the cross. Through His love and justice He sent an innocent person to the cross to die for our sins. The result proved that:
1. The sacrifice was accepted. 2. Redemption was completed.
We must understand that this atoning death is the heart of the gospel. Christ summed it up when He said, “ ‘It is finished!’ And He bowed His head and gave up His spirit.” John 19:29-31

Spending of funds is confined to board approved programs and projects. Each restricted contribution designated towards a board approved program or project will be used as designated with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason determined by the board, the remaining restricted contributions designated for such program or project will be used where needed most.
