Exodus 3:14 is the first place where God identifies Himself, telling Moses, "I AM WHO I AM."
In this sermon, Dr. Stanley reminds us that we are living in the presence of the Great I AM. The sacredness of God’s name represents all that He is, and so we are instructed to honor His name and not use it in a profane way.
Believers need to be careful not to become influenced by the tide of irreverence in our culture. We must continue to serve the God who is alive and gives life and breath to everything that lives.
