All of us have a need for peace in our minds and hearts. Jesus went through life displaying the kind of peace God intends for us to have. But He tells us that there is no peace to be found as long as we act independently of the will of God.
In this message, Dr. Stanley explains that true, genuine peace can only be made through the blood Jesus poured out on the cross. He warns against being deceived by a false sense of peace. When a follower of Christ finally knows that he has God’s true peace, nothing can alter that inner sense of quietness and stillness in his spirit.
The source of true peace is a personal, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. Surrender yourself to Him and you will have peace that passes all human understanding.
