Are you trusting in Jesus or your good works?Dr. Stanley continues his examination of Paul’s letter to the Galatians in “Liberty, But Not License,” as he guides us through Galatians 5:13-26.
Paul’s message is that we are all free in Christ—and we have been liberated from the expectations of the law. There is no need to seek His approval because we already have it. But that doesn’t give us license to do anything we want. Liberty has its limitations. We cannot use it as an opportunity to fit our fleshly desires. Instead, we are still obliged to do the things that will honor God, like giving our love and service to others.
