Description
Adversity is a gift from God to advance our spiritual life and the greatest motivation for our growth in holiness.
In part two of this seven-sermon series, Dr. Charles Stanley continues his exploration into the life of Paul, this time taking a look at the adversity God allowed into his life in order to bring him to Christ.
No one wants to experience adversity, but when it comes our way, we have a choice to make: We can allow the difficulty to either mature us or discourage us. Adversity is God's expression of love toward us to conquer pride in our lives. He also uses it to remind us that His power is made perfect in our weakness. He alone is able to rescue us from our times of trouble.
Draw closer to God and discover His true love, mercy, and grace in difficult circumstances.
